225 -couldn't get the bar to stop rolling in my right hand and I obviously wasn't strong enough to hold it so I'd get it up and hold for a second or two before it broke free.
So I did 225 3-4 times with my left hand, and dropped my right hand down to 185. I did all of the 'full' reps for 10 seconds with a more dramatic lean away from the barbell. Something to get better at...

The goal of these was to keep my low back and erectors firing since I'm not doing any type of squat or deadlift for a month. They didn't feel like much while I was doing them but my low back was pumped up afterward...so naturally I laid on the ground for awhile.
5pm - I had to take my puppy to training classes at 1pm, so sled pulls took a back seat until the evening.
