Sunday speed benching at The Strength Lab.
I used the bench block and benched against Elitefts Mini Bands for all my sets.
Bench:
warmup barx10, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3
Workings sets : 9x3 at 315, 1x3 at 335lbs
Drop Sets: Close Grip- 225x10 x 2 sets , 135 x20
Accessory work:
Strip the rack rows with cambered bar - 2x10 , 8,6,4,2 . Back and forth with my training partner, Dan Freeze, with no break in between.
V grip attachment Tricep pushdowns: 2x20 , 15, 2x10
Band Pull aparts superset with shrugs 4x25 each
