I had 3 plates planned for today, but after doing two sets of that I knew I could go up. Everything felt great. My technique has never been better. I narrowed my stance a bit, finally. I knew I needed to but I never committed to it. Now that I have to, it's all good in the hood.

I was  a little tired going into these so I had to really focus on technique. I can see next week being really difficult to do both with five plates, so I'll strap my big boy boots on and sack up.
