700x2 something popped in glute/top of hamstring 

Tried pause squats with 510 and same pain. 

Working on keeping my lats tight and pulling my elbows down instead of having them drive me forward.

I might be pulling out of the XPC finals. I've been trying to be smart in my training, but for whatever reason my squat has gone downhill in the last few months. Could be overtraining. Could be prepping for too many meets back to back. Could be I need to start over and change a couple things with my technique. I'll figure it out eventually. For now I'll ice it down and let it rest.
