17 Weeks from XPC Finals @ The Arnold Classic

This was the first day back training for my dynamic bench day - I'm taking another week off of speed bench to give my shoulder and pec a break and just began my supplemental exercises this week light to get back into things. I'm going to continue choosing movements that force me to use less weight than others right now, and really try to hammer what I suck at..

A1. Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown - 4x12

A2. Pushups - 4x15

B. Swiss Bar Incline Bench (middle grips) - 4x8 w/ 185lbs

C1. Swiss Bar Seated OHP off Pins (narrow grip) - 4x8 w/ 115lbs

C2. Chin-Ups - 4x12

D. One-Arm Dumbbell Rows - 3x12

E1. Rolling Dumbbell Tricep Extensions - 4x10

E2. Hammer Curls - 4x20
