Who says powerlifters don’t do cardio? Ken and I promised each other after the Arnold’s we would get under the bells more and get our conditioning back to a decent level. I’m not sure what that level is but anything is better than where it was. Back under the bells slowly. Slow and steady wins the race. I have been back lifting the bells 2-3 times a week since the Arnold’s. Today was Ken’s first day back and to our surprise he didn’t die….

All you need to kick your Metabolic conditioning into high gear is a couple bells and about 30 mins.

DOUBLE CLEAN AND JERKS

 12/12/12/12/12/12

DOUBLE SNATCHES

12/12/12/12/12/12

SWING VARIATIONS 5 MINS

That’s all it took, 15 minutes work capacity with minimal rest in between. Of course this is just a start, baby steps!

It’s fun training with a partner.  Grab a partner, grab some bells and get to work!
