Currently Testing Raw Lifts Before Starting Program Next Week

 I'm playing catch up on these logs from last week - This weekend we had the EliteFTS Training Camp so that consumed a lot of my time - I'll keep it short and sweet for these logs, I was basically testing my raw lifts before starting 5/3/1 this week.

Squat was tough, I was shifting pretty bad to my one side and I'm still working on finding the optimal stance for my laundry list  of hip joint problems (I meet with a specialist here soon). It's a humble start, but I'm going to be patient and make sure I do this the right way..

Warm-Up:

*500 meters on rower

*3 sets of mace swings with ShouldeRok

*Couple short trips back and forth of:

a. Toe touch to leg swings

b. Lunges

c. Hip flexor stretch/Spiderman crawl

Strength Work:

A. Box Jumps - 3x5

B. Squat (raw, no wraps) - up to 450x1

C. Good Mornings - 3x10 w/ 205lbs

D. Close Stance Pause Squats (slow and controlled) - 2x15

Conditioning:

*10 mins of HIIT on Rower
