Current total: 830.5 at 132 lb BW - Florida State and National Record Holder in Junior and Open Women's Raw division

Qualified National Strongman competitor and will be competing in Nationals this coming October to qualify for The Arnold in 2016

I am here to live, learn, and pass on.

I posted a log regarding some pointers Andy Deck gave to improve on the keg carry. Of course, I put his advice into use and tweaked a few things. With that being said, I shaved 3 seconds off my best 100ft keg carry. Current best: 12.4 seconds. Carrying the keg higher so my leg isn't restricted from range of motion and, overall, being faster and more comfortable with the keg (improving mental toughness) helped. We are starting to implement at least one strongman event into my training during the week -- logs (clean, press, or both) on upper body days and farmer deads, keg carries etc. on lower body days, and then Saturdays will still be "event days"
