So I've been dieting, and this is probably the most painless dieting has ever been. Why?

Are my macros ridiculously high? Nah

Am I doing some fasting protocol where I get to binge at the end of the day? Nah

Am I not seeing real progress because I'm not really dieting? Nah

So what's the deal?

Answer-- I've been eating basically the same exact thing everyday (altered to fit macros for the day) with the exception of weekends.

Why take weekends off?

Answer-- I have a partner, and I'd like to be able to enjoy special meals with her whenever we both have time to cook together and enjoy each other's company [note that it's not about the eating, but rather the experience].
