I have to admit, my training sucks. I'd prefer it not to. I'd prefer to be focused, consistent and making gains. Thank you to those of you who continue to check back with my log and are loyal readers. I would be lying if I didn't say I have considered many times over the past few months to request that my log be removed so I can focus on things that require my attention far more than anything else right now.
While my training hasn't been much to write about, I always enjoy writing and having that outlet. I love being a part of team elitefts and I love, love, love connecting with you. It has always been and continues to be an honor. So perhaps it has been selfish of me to NOT make the request to remove my log. In a few weeks we should be past this chapter and can focus on finding a routine again and get back to gainz.
This week I did not make it in to the gym once until today. I managed cardio 3 days x 20 minutes and today went in and did some keg runs. Nothing much, 100 lb keg, 5x100 feet.
I am still investigating strongman competition options and some competitions on the horizon. So far, I have not committed.
