This week was the heaviest of the training cycle and a different 'peak week' than I'm used to. The plan was to take my openers, then reverse mini band second and third for singles. This week fell right after WPC/WPO worlds where we spent most of the weekend handling some amazing lifters. I ended up having to play catch up on homework and readings so stress was a little higher. Training went according to plan for everything except squats. Seth was able to wrap his old training partners knees and was commenting on how much tighter she could take a wrap. I decided to let him wrap my knees tighter, and while I could handle the pain, it did exactly what it did the last time we tried wrapping tighter 7 months ago, I had nowhere to push my knees, my hips went back too far, and lost my back position on the way up. No bueno. I failed 430 with reverse bands, but I chalked it up to my technique being fucked up and decided not to let it affect me.

Squats went 380 (planned opener), 410 reverse mini (planned second), and 430 reverse band miss (planned third)

Bench went 220 (planned opener), 240 reverse mini (planned second), and 250 reverse mini (planned third)

Deads went 370 (planned opener), 390 reverse mini (planned second), and 410 reverse mini (planned third
