TODAY OUR POWERLIFTING SQUAD HIT SOME BENCH SUPERSETS ALONG WITH ALOT OF VOLUME AFTER. IT IS A GREAT FEELIJG WHEN YOU HAVE 6-10 lifters all hitting it hard with one goal=getting better.
I hit flat DB bench, lat raises,Jpulls, band pull a parts, push ups (limited ROM) then curls for the girls aka my wife.
Felt good BPM have been between 74-98 depending on what I'm doing. Blood pressure was around 126/75. Have to wait till tomorrow till my cardio echo results come in.
