Monday Bench
I was supposed to do this training the day before when I was in Montreal, but we ran out of time. I was tired and my entire back end was sore from deadlifts that saturday and sleeping on a leaky air mattress. I was supposed to go up to 215 for a paused single, but my mid back cramped up completely as I was pressing up and I just couldn't drive through it.
