Mastodon squat bar-150-240-330x5
Add single ply Metal V type squatter
420x3, 510x2, 600x3, 650x3, 700x5 (I'm sure a PR of sorts)
Belt squat 1-2-3-4-5 plates 5x10 paused
Sled 5 plates Backwards/Forwards 3 trips
Monday 10/9
I felt good so I went for a bench PR but...
I hit an easy 505. My best bench in competition is 540. My best training bench was 535. So I went 545...and pussed out. It came right off my chest but I didn't keep the pedal down and I got caught halfway up. Aint even mad bruh...
I took the rest of the week off for two reasons.
1. I went heavy as balls the last week in training.
2. I was doing the budget for Union Fitness all week and was mentally exhausted.
