Squat has really been coming along as I've been keeping up with my mobility/recovery (now that everything is feeling good-- it's just maintenance at this point). Warming up takes only about 10-15 minutes, and I'm just sure to do a little active recovery work on off days.

I went from never having touched 315 without a belt, to hitting 315x1 no belt pause squat-- then doing it for a triple the next training session on a drop set.
