Long ass set up-- trying to re-discover/master the hip hinge. Things are slowly coming together.

Beltless Pause DL x 4 (worked up to 2 sets at 355)

Pin Squat-- last set of 295x5 beltless. Worked up to 295 @8.5rpe, and instead of doing a load drop (since it wasn't quite a 9) did a repeat instead!

Squat is feeling really good lately, no hip or back pain-- and numbers are moving back in the right direction
