This month I'll be posting 4 "training week" logs. Since my meet isn't until December, meet prep won't officially start until next month. I'll update you guys when that commences and some personal updates as well.

My focus now is to stay consistent with training and putting mind, body and spirit as priority. Yoga has definitely helped with that and with recovery. Keeping a journal and writing down thoughts and random things through my day have helped me put things in perspective and improve communication. As long as I'm constantly working to be better, that's all I could really ask for.
