Recovering from maxing out over the weekend and 26 hours of driving. Nothing was heavy and I listened to my body about when I needed to recover and when I should move. None of my training days were even planned out or recorded. I worked up to a few light sets of bench, a few light sets of squats, and even had a day where I practised my sumo pull. I have a feeling I'll be trying out sumo for a while after Nationals. I feel like a few one on one sessions with Goggins and I'll be much more confident in my sumo pull!
