I like cars, I stay somewhat broke because I like cars. It is a terrible hobby for me to get into because of that fact, lol. The first half of this trip was to Louisville KY to get my car dyno tuned. A dyno tune: this is when your car is strapped down to rollers that measure power output from the wheels. Just like when someone ask's you, "how much ya bench?" This is a measuring tool to answer that question, lol. Yes, I currently had it tuned (posted in a log over a year ago) but have been very unhappy with how it turned out. That tune came by way of someone from a remote location looking at values I sent them while driving my car. Needless to say, I am very pleased with what they were able to do with the car just by having an expert go into the computer, look at it while running wide open throttle and adjust settings. Things added to the car: upgraded tuning package to mess with engine timing
Things added to the car: upgraded tuning package to mess with engine timing
- upgraded tuning package to mess with engine timing
- new "kill program" where I can put it in a setting to not allow car to start if someone tries to steal it say if I'm gone at Record Breakers all week and leave my car at the airport.
- edited drive setting where all performance and driveability are under one program. gas mileage is better and I also have 26 more HP to play with over a longer RPM range (aka I can ride the engine out longer)
