I headed in to the gym, pretty much just to stretch out and move some blood.

Between every "set" - if you want to call it that since I stayed so light on everything- I did a little bit of stretching and mobility work.

Louie pushups (on band in power rack) 3x10
superset
cable overhead tri extensions - 3x10 - I paused at the start of every rep to get a nice stretch and loosen me up a little bit

Cambered Bar - 2 sets good mornings, 2 sets of squats all at 95lbs
- leg swings and stretching between sets.

Hamstring Curl 1 x20
leg extension 1 x 20

I was happy I went in today, I was debating if I should or not , but I feel great right now. Bodyweight is at 224, so I am good to go to weigh in on Friday morning. Cant wait!
