If I was a true "Westside" guy this would be a PR, or a GR as Harry calls it. I've never gone this heavy with the football bar because I never had a reason to.
Slingshot close grip 315x9 -shoulder started acting up so I cut it
I'm dealing with some bicep tendonitis (I think) in my left shoulder. Today was an experiment to see if the football bar would help or hurt. And I'm not really sure what the verdict is. I guess we'll see how it feels tomorrow.
Fatbell bench 100# 2x20, 60#x20 with left arm for some extra work
1/4 dips bodyweight 2x20
1/4 dips paired with neutral grip pull ups 5 sets of 10 dips and 5 pull ups
Standing tricep ext w/ rope 2x25
