Fatbar 325 3x5x3 sec ecc

-These were hard. My left front delt is f'ed.

Fatbell bench 100# 2x15x60 sec

Incline flyes with fatbell's suspended by bands (stability) 3x10

Standing tricep ext 2x30

Front raises 4x10

Lateral raises 4x10

The frustrating part is I didn't "do" anything to hurt my shoulder. I woke up after a bench day and it was killing me. A week later the pain was gone, but I had no strength or stability in my left shoulder.
