Still having some shoulder pain, not really sure what the deal is with it. Last week was my first week back benching and I worked up to 370 for an easy single. This week my shoulder bothered me a little bit more and I brought my grip in which made a big difference and worked up to an easy single at 375.
I am competing again in September in an RPS Meet at Rivercity Barbell. A month or so ago I was finally making some really good progress with my bench, so this setback is pretty frustrating.
Warmup: 100 band pull aparts, 100 facepulls, 3x10 external rotation with 5 lb plates.

Strength wise I felt good, shoulder wise I felt pretty rough. I am going to have my massage therapist work on it again this week if I can get in.
