The good- the training cycle finished well. I have one more bench session then a lot of blood flow work.

The bad- I'm having a hell of a time with a GI/UC flair up. I'll spare you the details but I'm down from 235 to 225. It's a bad deal. I'm on some new medication and doing everything I can with my already clean diet to help address the problem.

The goal in the next week is to get back to 235. My friend and training partner said- "Trust that it will get better and it will." Simple as that. Now is not the time to bitch out.
