Still grinding out 4 days of training a week. Going well! Working 54hrs a week and training my clients on top of it. Yes we are all busy but how many hours a week are not about "YOU"?? Think before you answer. It a choice to be selfless. I love to lift and become better but I enjoy making other's lives better.
Trying o resolve some hip issues which is fairly new, but once yours knees are as "done" as mine , your body moves onto the next major joint.
