Averaging 60 hr work weeks. On my feet about 9 to 13 miles per day. Legs are tight and worn down. Knees are swollen and squishy.
Working this much is only temporary.
Some days a desk job sounds dreamy.
Today's training went well considering how worn my body truly is.

- Tricep ext. Mini bands 3x30
- Single arm cable Ext. 3x12
- Tbar supported row 4x8
- Shoulder press 4x12
- Pull UPS 4x10
