Light bench will be done till this meet is over.  Not trying to tax my body to much but also need to maintain balance.

135 10x10

  • tricep extensions
  • DB shoulder laterals
  • Low row cable ISO holds
  • Pull UPS 10x2
  • Hammer curls

I can remember the days when I couldn't wait to bench 135 for reps.  I might of been 16 years old but I still remember it like it was yesterday.
