I'm still planning to do a push/pull meet in August. Training is increasing slowly just the way I intend to. Not searching or hoping for any type of personal best. I only concern is how the lift is excited not the weight of the bar. If I train properly and listen to my body and hit assistance work hard my lifts would look technically sound.
