Only had 1 hr to train. Which was plenty, being my 3rd day in a row of training. My body is definitely tired and ready for rest.
Warm up: 20min bike
- Wide lat pull downs 4x30
- Pulls UPS 35 reps. However I could get there. Failure on ever set.
- Heavy low rows 4x8
- Rope face pulls 4x20
- DB single arm row 4x6
- barbell shrugs 4x15
- DB lateral /front raises 4x30
- h-raises 50 continuous reps
