Snapped myself back in shape. Ate all my meals and got more than 4 hers of sleep. Its a start in the right direction. Chin up and one foot in front of the other. Keep moving forward.

  • iron cross shoulder saver 4 sets
  • Decline push UPS 4 sets
  • DB shoulder press 4 sets
  • Cable flys 4 sets
  • Lateral / front raise combo 4 sets
  • Cable tricep extension 3x30
  • DB rolling tricep Ext 4x15
  • Single arm cable extensions 4x10 pause each rep
