Took it light and did many Dumbbell sets with 60lbs. Good blood flow and keeping the balance equal between each arm is still an issue with the left shoulder. Way better than last summer! August I will re-introduce myself to a bench shirt. Wish me luck!

  3. Cable rear delt pull aparts 4 sets
  4. Cable triceps extensions 4 sets
  5. t-bar row 4 sets
  6. Machine shoulder press 4 sets
