Had limited time and was exceptionally tired. Even after having 2 rest days. Sometimes all my working 60 hrs a week catches up with me.
Upper assist:
- Flat DB press 70x3x10
- Push UPS 100 total in however many sets It took.
- Cable fly's 3x20
- Cable tricep push downs 4x20
- Cable over head extensions 4x12
Off took to work I went!
