Another upper back day at the local place.

Sticking with the Pendlay rows for another couple of weeks. Last week I started easy with 4 sets of 5 at 225.

This week, I bumped the weight to 245 and did another 4 work sets.

After the rows, I did 4 sets of 12 on the assisted pullup (yeah, I'm fat) cable face pulls, and 4 sets of 20 cable triceps extensions for a little  feeder work.
