Thursday was an upper back day at the local chain gym.
The Penally rows seem to be doing the trick, so I started back at 225 for 4 sets of 5, and will cycle back up again towards the meet.
Also did 4 sets of 12 assisted pull-ups
4 sets of 15 cable face pulls.
Also threw in 4 sets of 20 band triceps pushdowns.
Short one, but it'll do the job!
