Thursday was an upper back day at the local gym.
Nut a whole lot of substance here, just 6 of 10 sets on the selectorized row machine, 4 sets of 12 pulldowns, 4 sets of 15 face pulls, and some higher rep triceps pushdowns, just as a feeder.
I would normally list weights here, but to be honest, I don't pay much attention to it during sessions like these. I just kind of go by feel and just try to work the muscle. It's not much, but I will probably add in more days like these to help maintain muscle while I lose weight.
