Hit some upper back accessory at the local gym on Wednesday.

Started with bent over rows where I worked up to 4 sets of 8 with 225. Light, but my back isn't in the best shape right now, so I'm waiting to really load it until I see my chiro to get straightened out.

Next was 4 sets of 10 on the hammer strength parallel row with a couple of plates,

4 sets of 15 on the shrug machine

I also added in a few sets of biceps curls (because big guns), and some more pec deck work to see if I can give my shot chest some rehab work.
