For the time being, I'll be backing off on my mid week training because It's been leaving me a little beat up for my heavy stuff on Sunday and Monday. Instead, I'm adding in an upper back day on either Thursday or Friday.

This week, I did Penally rows (dead stop bent over rows) for sets of 5. Worked up to 4sets of 5 with 225, which isn't much, but I'm really trying to focus on keeping my back straight and not rounding over. I'm hoping that these make it easier to break the bar off the floor in the deadlift, as well as build my lats up for the bench press.

Next up, I did 4 sets of hammer strength high rows for 4 sets of 10.

To finish up, I did some extra triceps work with 4 sets of 10 dips and 4 sets of 20 band extensions.
