Db Shoulder Press 5 sets 75x10, 85s x10, 95s x 10, 100s x10, 8.

Cable Face Pulls 3x20

JM Press w curl bar 3x10

heavy cable tri pushdowns 3x10

Ab Roller 3x10

dumbbell front raise 3 x20 @15 lbs

I did this all in about 50 min, do I was actually pretty fatigued by the end.

I plan to hit a heavy bench on Thursday and heavy squat on Saturday.
