I'm currently training just to train. Life has been pretty busy and stressful these past few weeks and months, so I'm going back to my roots. I'm training because I love to train. It's my release, my escape. Currently I'll be following a upper/full body/upper split. I'm taking a break from events at the moment and just putting in work and enjoying training again. I'm sure I'll get my eyes on a competition at some point in the future, but not right now.

I had a pretty busy and stressful week. Luckily I've changed my training split so that I train on Friday afternoons. That definitely gives me something to look forward to and allows me to play with little man and watch some cartoons on Saturday morning. After I finished with all my in-person and online clients it was my time to train. I've been using just caffeine or coffee pre-workout for a while now. But today I tried a new pre-workout today that I was promised wouldn't make me crash. I really liked the stuff and I had a great training session with laser like focus. I also enjoyed watching and walking in the rain outside of my garage between sets.
