Bench with the slingshot

205lbs - 4 x 5: Clearly, my butt was off the bench. Wasn't overly concerned about it because we don't max bench press in Strongman BUT I do not want to make it a habit when going back to powerlifting, and it's also not the correct way to bench. Having my feet a little more out and focusing more of my shoulder blades together rather than my traps will probably help with getting my butt more on the bench. My over arch has it's good and bad days. Consistency is what I'm aiming for.
