Cable ext/int rotations 3x8 each way
Left ext rotation- 0lbs with assistance (yeah it's that bad) -- Right ext rotation 20lbs
Left int rotation- 30lbs -- Right int rotation 30lbs
TRX push up/row 3x20 each -the rows look funny because I'm primarily pulling with alternating arms (but still holding onto both rings)
