Had some good rest, however it was the only day off this week. I'm very fortunate to have a job that I can work endless hours to make a living. Got to take every day as it comes and make the most of my time. Finals are coming up and many projects are due. Time management and prioritize my every minute of each day until this semester is finished.

2. Incline DB 40x3x20

3. Pec deck 4x15   -   super set with rope tricep extensions 4x20

4. Machine tri-circuit: 4x20

  • Close grip chest press
  • Seated tricep press
  • Preacher curl

5. Rear delt series 4x30

  • Low row wide grip, elbows out
  • Chest supported DB reverse flys

Burnout: DB hammer curls/ DB tricep extensions 5 sets till failure.
