  1. Bamboo bar benching 5 sets
  2. Incline DB 50x5x8
  3. t-bar rows 5 sets
  4. Bamboo bar bicep curls 5 sets
  5. Machine side laterals 5 sets
  6. Plate front raises 5 sets
  7. 5 strict pull ups
  8. Single arm cable triceps extension 4 sets
  9. Band triceps extensions 4x25
