Training alone is never very fun. When in doubt I pin press. I suck at starting at board 2,  I set the pin where starting was the most sticky.

Did many sets of 6 till I was tired.  Light weight is intended to move fast and this is still fairly slow. No pain is where I'm and intend on staying.

  • Decline push UPS 5x12
  • t-bar rows 4x10
  • Kettle bell rear delt rows 3x20
  • Cable triceps press downs 4x10
  • Band extensions 100 reps continuous
