Last day of volume training, yeah me. Such an upper pump and when I saw hammer curls on my training program I cringed. I have not been able to curl since I was battling this shoulder injury over a year and a half ago. Tonight to my surprise I curled and I had no pain. Now I'd say I'm making progress. 10 Months post shoulder surgery and feeling strongher than before.
