I saw this commercial tonight during the Patriots/Steelers NFL season opener, and I thought the visual concept really applies to strength training as well..

So often we think about training in individual sessions - But it's the sum of all those training sessions that creates who you are as a lifter. Whether you have a really good day in the gym, or a really bad day in the gym, remember that these days feed into the bigger picture. Every rep, every set, every workout, every week, is slowly building momentum until the moment you step on the platform.
