We have a handful of lifters preparing for meets in the next couple months and only 1 monolift in our gym. So, I got the short end of the stick and walked out all my squats from the rack.

Squats - walked out:
bar x 10
135x10
225x5
275x5
315x3
365x2
405x2
455x2
495x2
545x2

Nothing crazy. Nothing heavy. I'm just trying to spend a little more time under a straight bar and work on some technical issues as I try to work my way to 770+lb raw squat at 220.

Accessory work:

Glute ham raise 2 x 20 - I typically do sets of 10 or less if I use a band. Even with only 2 sets it really fried me.

Ab roller 3x10
Prone Hamstring curl 2x25 - light

I plan to squat again this week with a straight bar, just to continue to work on some technical issues as a slowly start to add weight to the bar.
