Earlier today I came across this video of Ronda Rousey, and what she says around the 6:10 mark makes her my BAMF of the day.
I find myself surrounded by strong women who use their minds and bodies to serve a purpose greater than themselves. I wanted to share this video in an effort to empower those women to continue defying gender norms, to keep fighting, to keep pushing, and to do what you want with your body. Ronda Rousey, and all my strong(her) ladies, YOU are my BAMFs of the day.
