In an effort to cease jacking up my elbows, I am saying AMF to snatches and cleans for now.  I added some jumps today and will probably do the same next week.  I'm giving myself 6 weeks of no snatches and cleans (except occasionally on log when needed) to get my elbows better.  Tick tock, Clarice.

SS: Hanging Leg Raise/Wtd Hypers

3x{15xBW/15x10} - Still a noticeable strength deficit in my right low back so I'll be adding in hypers to my upper body training day to increase the frequency.
