Tuesdays are by far my longest days.  With one or more wardrobe changes at school and the earliest start time of the week, it feels like the next day by the time I leave to go home and train.  However, training makes everything good and right with the world, plus it's better than moving lower body to Wednesday, at least for now.

I was planning to do calves and abductors to finish up, but it was an awesome day outside which I spent most of inside, so instead I grabbed one of my longboards and went for a ride around the neighborhood.  I probably should have worn a crash helmet to prevent addling my already questionable brain mass, but as there are pretty much zero hills anywhere around me, I put safety second.  Or maybe third.
